It's true, I've been slacking. Lately I've started running and walking again. 3 miles a day at lunch (walking) and then running usually in the evenings. Today I start a marathon training plan that I got off of nikeplus for my iPod. I will run 4 miles today at lunch.
Tonight I'll hike Badger with Deanna and her mom, I'm looking forward to that.
Getting ready for Italy, and feeling a bit swamped!
