Missed my run last night. My best friend was in pain and I took her to Urgent Care and we learned that she's probably passing a kidney stone. Anyhoo, so that took most of the evening and I got home around 9. Tonight I'll do a makeup run. No biggy. :)
Actually, maybe I could do a short run today at work. yeah, I will do that.
