Bricks

I did bricks tonight on my bike -- switching from biking to running. Not too tough, just clumsy to change shoes.
Yay, training done.

what distances did you do for the brick.

Just short ones. maybe a mile each time on the bike, probably a mile each run. The objective was just to get my legs working one way, then do the switch and try to run without tripping. :)
